This was McCracken's CalArts thesis project, originally titled 'Whoopass Stew' before Cartoon Network made him family-friendly. The Professor's original name was literally 'Whoopass.'
The 'Townsville' setting and the girls' distinct personalities were already locked in here, making this essentially a proof-of-concept for one of the most influential animated series of the late 90s.
