In a cloak-and-dagger operation, mother and son set off for Bitburg, but end up in a cemetery where Count Otto von Gerolstein and his butler are up to mischief. The horny count gives Elvira a good vampire bite - and the dream of a part-time job in the blood bank is over. The lady is transferred to the sperm bank, where a master butcher falls in love with her.
