Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
This is the only Den-O film where Momotaros doesn't possess Ryotaro, letting Mizoguchi's actual performance shine.
Daiki's pirate aesthetic directly references Lupin III, cementing Toei's tradition of tokusatsu homaging anime thieves. The Time Police concept would later be recycled for Zi-O's Time Jackers.
