Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
Chester performed this entire show with a torn shoulder labrum, hiding the pain until collapsing backstage. The scream in 'Given Up'? Pure agony, not technique.
This was the peak of physical media — the DVD included a 40-page booklet and dual-disc format, right before streaming killed the concert film experience.
