This clip is from the compilation film 'Choro-Q Dougram'—basically Takahashi's greatest hits for mecha otaku who couldn't commit to 75 TV episodes.
The original Dougram TV series (1981-83) was so realistic it influenced BattleTech designs—until Harmony Gold sued everybody and made it all 'Robotech.'
