Errol Trotman-Harewood (born January 25, 1955, in New Amsterdam, Berbice, Guyana) is a Guyanese actor, musician, and presenter. After moving to England, Trotman-Harewood trained in drums and percussion at the Royal Military School of Music in London. Subsequently, he served as an army musician in the British Army. In 1977, he arrived in Fallingbostel, Lower Saxony, with the Royal Army. After completing his military service, he remained in Germany, where he worked as a musician, music teacher, big band leader, and presenter for RTL. In 1983, he was awarded a three-year contract at the Westfälisches Landestheater, where he was discovered as a stage actor. From 1998 onwards, Trotman-Harewood also worked on film and television productions.
